The episode begins with Wendy doing her presentation on breast cancer awareness, to which Cartman mocks with inappropriate comments. When Wendy asks Mr. Garrison for assistance, he does nothing, since he has given up on disciplining Cartman. When Cartman continues provoking Wendy after class, she announces she's going to beat him up after school. Everyone is told about the upcoming fight (including the Goth kids). While Cartman is not concerned at first, he soon becomes intimidated by Wendy glaring at him.
