Cartman zit in het kantoor van PC Principal te huilen nadat hij negatieve opmerkingen heeft ontvangen over zijn verschijning op een foto die hij online plaatste waarop hij alleen ondergoed droeg en gewichtheffen. PC Principal stelt voor om een andere student negatieve opmerkingen op Cartman's sociale media-accounts te laten filteren en alleen de positieve opmerkingen aan Cartman af te drukken. Cartman gaat akkoord en vraagt Kyle, Wendy en Butters om de negatieve opmerkingen eruit te filteren. PC Principal geeft Kyle en Wendy twee weken detentie wanneer ze weigeren, maar Butters, die bang is om huisarrest te krijgen van zijn ouders, gaat akkoord.
