Mystery of the Urinal Deuce

When someone at South Park Elementary contaminates the urinal, Mr. Mackey to the boy in charge. Cartman begins to claim it is a conspiracy "just like September 11". The others therefore consider Cartman an idiot. Cartman conducts research and presents it to the class. He claims that Kyle is behind September 11. However, it appears that the conspiracy around 9/11 is a plot by the George W. Bush administration.
