This episode begins with the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. Sundance's creator, Robert Redford says Park City is getting too busy with the annual festival and decides to do it next year in another small mountain town called South Park, Colorado. The festival then starts in South Park and in two seconds it's all over full of people. At school, Mr. Garrison instructed the children to write a report on a movie they should watch during the festival. Cartman also scolds Wendy for what he will be punished for.
