Het is Halloween in South Park. In de haven wordt een heuse "Halloween Haunt" georganiseerd met het lokale radiostation KOZY 102.1 als sponsor. Nu Metal-band Korn zal hier een optreden geven.
Tijdens hun bezoek aan de Halloween Haunt worden Stan, Kyle, Kenny en Cartman lastig gevallen door vijfde-klassers die een grap met ze uithalen met "piratengeesten".
Als wraak bedenkt Stan om de pas begraven oma van Kyle op te graven en de vijfde-klassers daarmee bang te maken.
Priester Maxi is niet blij met de Halloween Haunt en het optreden van Korn en start een protestcampagne.
Onderweg naar Halloween Haunt crasht Korn met hun Scooby-Doo-achtige bus nadat ze piratengeesten op de weg hebben gespot.
Samen met Korn gaan Stan, Kyle, Kenny en Cartman op onderzoek uit om het mysterie achter de piratengeesten op te lossen.
