Na enige tijd gepland te hebben, verliest Eric Cartman eindelijk zijn geduld om op school naar het toilet te gaan. Hij zet een strik op zijn hoofd zodat hij het meisjestoilet kan gebruiken als een "transgerende" jongen, en zichzelf "Erica" noemt. Mr. Garrison, zelf een transgender persoon, adviseert de school om Cartman te helpen om hem gescheiden te houden van de cisgender-studenten. Tot ergernis van de meisjes blijft Cartman hun toilet gebruiken, dus de school sluit een compromis door in de kamer van de conciërge een transgendertoilet te installeren, compleet met een water ornament, kerstverlichting en een klep die "Spring" speelt uit Vivaldi's Four Seasons.
