The kids are all in class when Mr. Garrison announces that the children who want to protest against the Iraq war are allowed outside, and that the others have to solve math problems. Everyone storms out at this. Cartman, Kenny, Kyle and Stan are just outside when a reporter starts interviewing them about the war. They appear to know little about the war and when the reporter asks them what the Founding Fathers would think of this, none of them knows what it is talking about. Mr. Garrison is angry with the ignorance of the class and everyone must make an excellent report about the year 1776 and the Founding Fathers in groups of four. Cartman cannot concentrate and tries to have a flashback to 1776. This includes dropping a rock on his head and electrocuting himself. The last attempt succeeds.
