The Mir space station crashes early in the episode on Kenny (27 seconds after the start of the episode) at the bus stop on October 29, 1997. He is taken to the pathologist where his bodily fluids are removed and later filled up with natron (a substance that the Egyptians mummified their dead with), accidentally a bottle of Worcestershire sauce falls into the natron, turning Kenny into a zombie.
