The parents in South Park become concerned about their children when they hear all the news about school shootings, terrorist actions and kidnappings. Tweek in particular is frightened by all the news and his parents almost make a prison of the house by locks everywhere in the places.When a kidnapper strikes in South Park, all children get a special helmet - a Child Tracker, so that their parents exactly their location (up to 2 meters). They also ask the Chinese owner of the City Wok, Tuong Lu Kim, to build a wall around South Park, because building walls is in his blood.
