At South Park Elementary, the students are worried about current events and the Russian President Vladimir Putin, with Mr. Mackey leading a nuclear safety drill and PC Principal expressing concern over the increased drills. Meanwhile, Butters Stotch competes in a dressage competition, with his parents concerned he will lose to a Russian child and his pony being sold to communists if he doesn't win. However, Butters' pony embarrasses him by defecating and getting an erection mid-stride.
