Liane Cartman is trying to make ends meet by becoming a real estate agent in response to a real estate boom in South Park. When she tells her son Eric, he is unhappy that she was not home when he arrived from school. Cartman then visits Butters' house and has him take pictures of him so he can become a real estate agent, calling it "legal theft".
