After his mother fails to get the picture back, Cartman plans to show it to the class first.
This episode opens with a scene in which Cartman shows his friends several derogatory photos of a sleeping Butters Stotch. Later, Cartman proudly displays a photo of him with Butters' penis in his mouth, assuming it would make Butters look gay. The boys, bewildered and disgusted, say that this action is not an indication of Butters' sexual orientation, but of his own. Cartman begs for advice to undo his action, to which Kyle Broflovski responds sarcastically by saying that he can reverse it by what he calls "gay polarity": by putting his penis in Butters' mouth.
